Whether you choose for our team to install your new dream kitchen or even if you decide that a ‘supply only’ package suits you better, the full project management package detailed below is included as standard to ensure your experience with us is as smooth and efficiently as possible.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

At the initial design and consultation process we will discuss all your requirements and specific needs from your dream German kitchen design right through to your choice of door and worktop type, style and finish, your options for type and costs of appliances & finally your installation options, ensuring all aspects have been covered and all options have been examined.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Your Project Manager will be your single point of contact from start to finish, from placing your initial deposit and detailing your payment schedule, scheduling essential tasks such as worktop templates, agreeing installation dates and scheduling deliveries and installation as applicable.

INSTALLATIONS MANAGER

If you elect for us to install your new kitchen, our Installations Manager will personally carry out a final survey before delivery to familiarise himself with all aspects of your pending installation and to flag up any potential issues in advance of actual installation – to be sure everything runs smoothly and with minimum delay and disruption. Detailed floorplans, elevations, unit listings and specifications of the appliances you have chosen are also provided for you to pass on to any other relevant trades that may be working with or instead of our team(s) on-site. Your installations manager will be your (or your chosen fitters) point of contact from the survey through to completion should they have any questions on the install…. A crucial service we are proud to provide.

FAQ

Do you offer after sale support?
We offer a full after sales support service, once the sale has been agreed we will send out a complete installation pack which includes all floor plans, elevations, unit listings, designs and spec sheets for your appliances. Should you require anything, feel free to give your sales designer a call.

What guarantees do you offer?
For your security and peace of mind, we are registered members of the Consumer Protection Association (CPA) who support and underwrite our own guarantee on all products & fitting for 10 Years!
What areas do you cover?
We cover all Essex, London, Cambridgeshire and Kent. Please do give us a call if your located outside this area.
What’s the turnaround?
The turnaround from survey / order to delivery is between 6-8 weeks.

Is my deposit protected?
Your deposit will be fully protected by the CPA Deposit Indemnity and all our work is similarly guaranteed assuring you that your deposit can be repaid, and in case you’re wondering, the CPA is also covered by the FSCA the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
