During our house renovations we came to the point where we needed to start looking at kitchens. We didn’t really know where to start until a friend recommended Luxe, which is who they used for their kitchen. We decided to contact Luxe to make an appointment and went to their showroom where we met Louis, who was extremely helpful on our first meet. We discussed options and came away with brochures and samples for ideas. Finally we made the decision of the style of kitchen we wanted. Louis sent us a few designs, very similar but with slight variations, but all we really liked. The designs were just what we had in mind. Once we had decided on the kitchen, it was delivered and ready to be installed. The kitchen fitter that Luxe had appointed installed our kitchen beautifully, taking time and not rushing it at all. We are thoroughly pleased with our kitchen. It is stylish and you can tell it is of high quality and extremely well made. We are so pleased that we went straight to Luxe …… after our first meeting there was really no need to go anywhere else. The customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. We would highly recommend Luxe every time. Thank you for our stunning kitchen.

Luxe Kitchens designed, and installed a replacement Hacker kitchen for us recently, and we can thoroughly recommend them. Their design ideas and suggestions were excellent, and gave us what we wanted but with innovative suggestions and ideas. We didn't feel pressured, and appreciated their clear, detailed costings and computer images to consider before making the final decisions. They had a much more professional approach compared to other companies which we contacted initially. We felt a lot of confidence from their initial interactions with us, and this confidence continued throughout the whole project. Luxe ensured good regular communications, kept to promised (and realistic) timescales, and cared about establishing friendly relationships. The inevitable unexpected issues were dealt with calmly and promptly. The installation was very professionally done, and we are very pleased with the end result, which both looks great and also "works" very well.

Very simply - If you want a wow factor kitchen go to Luxe. You won’t be disappointed.Louis and Jade have the vision to bring your designs to reality. From start to finish they nailed it. Nothing was too much trouble. From the design to the variety of styles. The aftercare hand holding by Tom was second to none. They really are a full package team, they took away all the stress and most importantly delivered what the promised - a wow factor kitchen. It has come out better than I ever thought it would. Huge thank you to them all.

This is the 2nd kitchen in the family from Luxe.I Would definitely recommend Luxe Kitchens as a 1st choice.We had shopped around all the usual kitchen suppliers big and small but just didn’t get the right vibes until we visited Louis and Jade at Luxe. Really customer focussed, polite, helpful, no hard sell at all with a fantastic range of kitchens to choose from.For our 20x20 family room extension, Louis help build on the layout we had in mind and the end result was amazing.Costing was really competitive and well worth the quality and all in one service.Luxe provided a project manager on call (Tom) who checked in with us during the fit, Louis also popped round with a delivery to make sure all okay. Jade/Natasha kept us appraised of payment schedules and any issues with suppliers (just the dishwasher slightly delayed due to covid).The best thing about Luxe (apart from the people) was the package – one stop shop for kitchen, worktop, appliances and dry fit. All units were ready assembled, fitters were so professional, polite and down to earth – went out their way to make sure the workmanship was top class. It was great having them around working and actually missed the guys when they left! (Mick, Dan, Nick).The kitchen/family room is now the centre piece of our home – Thank you Luxe.

after shopping around at several kitchen companies we found Louis at Luxe excellent. No hard sell, completely got what we were after, produced a quote and visualisation within a day or two (others took weeks) he then dealt with changes we wanted to make, equally efficiently. The kitchen is fabulous quality and Dan who fitted it had excellent attention to detail. A few tweaks were also dealt with swiftly and without any issues. The cost and quality are superior to all the major 'high street' companies and communication (especially in lockdown) was instant.All of the 5 star reviews are well worthy! highly recommend

Our kitchen was supplied and fitted by Luxe Kitchens 18 months ago and we were very pleased with the complete process. Louis and his team are first class and nothing was too much trouble for them. The kitchens are excellent value and the fitters did a marvellous job.I was reluctant to write a review until I had experience of the after sales service. 18 months later and we still love our kitchen as much as the day it was completed. We have had no problems whatsoever and have had no need to contact them. Needless to say we would recommend Luxe Kitchens to anybody looking to purchase a good quality kitchen with a hassle free and friendly process.Steve and Linda Hitchens

Save your time shopping around, just go and visit Louis and Jade at Luxe. You won’t be disappointed!!From start to finish we both felt very welcome into the showroom and all ideas thrown at Luxe, no matter how big or small were designed with infinite amount of detail and care, making sure we were 100% before we ordered. Louis had his opinion looking from outside the box, most of the time he was right! even with an OCD person like myself. Once ordered time dates a schedule were made by Tom the project manager, polite, efficient and again knew what he was doing.Covid19 hindering the whole process the schedule was inevitably put back, through no one’s fault I will add. Regular updates from Tom were always given and all emails were answered promptly.The quality Hacker Kitchen turned up only 1 week late and along comes Nick! Quite possibly the most polite, professional and genuine nice guy anyone could meet. His kitchen fitting was 2nd to none. A keen eye for detail and precision, which for someone like me was so reassuring, anything I threw at him was sorted exactly how I wanted it to be and the end result is just WOW ! it’s a dream kitchen which both of us had visioned in our heads, photos to follow I’m sure!!!We can’t thank the team at Luxe enough, for what has been achieved and making a dream a reality!!!!Thanks againTrev and Tanya

Highly recommend!Louis and his team have been amazing, extremely patient and after many emails exchanged we finally came to a design we both liked and placed the deposit. Now 10 weeks down the line myself and husband have now had our long awaited kitchen installed and couldn't be happier, what a finish!We spent many weeks shopping around and when we came across Luxe we just knew they were the guys for the job! The quality can be seen a long way off, prices were extremely competitive and the team were very friendly making the work so much more enjoyable.Would also highly recommend using their fitters Nick & Dan!Keep up the good work :)Mr & Mrs Napper

We spent several months researching & evaluating kitchens, visiting several showrooms before finally signing up with Luxe.We visited a local Luxe installation as well before committing ourselves.I admit, I am quite fussy when it comes to workmanship & demand perfection.It's coming up to almost 2 years since we had our kitchen supplied & fitted by Luxe.Our kitchen still looks great & everything works as it did when 1st installed; that's with 3 boys in the house!I can safely say that my experience in doing business with Luxe has been absolutely positive, so much so, that I would not bother shopping around next time.Luxe together with their installation partners (fitters, worktops & splashback installers) were probably amongst the most professional teams I have ever dealt with.A job extremely well done & a company I'd highly recommend.Anil

As part of our Extension and Refurbishment project we were keen to get a new kitchen. We visited a few German kitchen specialists and LUXE Kitchens came up on top for many reasons. Extremely friendly service, easy to work with, well within our budget and willing to understand what we were looking for and advise accordingly. We spent a significant amount of time on design and requested quite a few iterations, however Louis was always happy to oblige and was extremely patient throughout the whole process. Louis provided good advice and suggestions throughout and answered all our queries, not only during the design phase but also during the installation stage, even when he was on his holiday in Miami. Top Man !!We were extremely skeptical of buying a kitchen from a supplier who is based almost an hour and a half away from where we live, but we are glad we paid Jade and Louis a visit as they both truly exceeded our expectations and were a pleasure to work with. We cannot recommend them enough.

I would 100% recommend Luxe kitchen. The overall service from start to finish was excellent. During design phase, Louis was very patient with all the changes and the overall cost of very competitive. Jade and Carla were great after that till now. Their fitter Tommy was superb and would recommend to use their fitting service too. Any one looking for kitchen do speak to them and you will not be disappointed.

I found Luxe Kitchen though a google search whilst searching for a Hacker kitchen supplier. By providing more details on the spec Louis was in touch quickly and walked through the detail and altered the quotes. Nothing was much of a bother for Louis even when I went back and couldn’t settle on the colour scheme. I met Louis at the Marble Arch show room which was great for location and also at Chelmsford.Design and OrderLouis has great attention to detail and is not afraid of constant changes and discussions on materials and effects. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with and what convinced me that I had the right person to help achieve the idea and also deliver in the final product.PlanningThe installation survey was done by a chap called Steve who I didn’t meet again. The plans were drawn up and provided efficiently . I think it would have been good for someone to come out to the site once the service points were installed to ensure there would be no issues on the day and to ensure the builder had done his part in making the service points available. I had some last minutes issues with points and also the down draft of the extractor (luckily the one I had ordered had a recirculating kit otherwise there could have been some problems. It would have avoided any issues on the days and ensured the builder made corrections way beforehand. I think this would have given a more fully managed service offering.Storage costsI would say that it’s best not to order your kitchen too ahead of time. Pretty difficult actually for the big builds as it’s going to end up being too late or too early. I ran into a few months delay on the build as most these things go. At the time of placing the order I had been told that I needed to give notice if the scheduled date of delivery was to change. I did need a change but in my case as Hacker had already scheduled delivery I couldn’t amend. This turned out with me having to pay a weekly storage cost for 3 months.DeliveryThe delivery of all items was quick and efficient; my only comment in this regard is that my builders had to help brings items in as there were only two delivery people and they asked for help. I don’t think I myself would have been much help so offered up the builders 😉InstallationThe kitchen was fitted by Tommy who is lovely to work with and proud of his workmanship. He ensured that issues which arose (and there were a few due to unlevelled walls and ceilings) that he did the absolute best and returned on numerous occasions to make adjustments and fixings. It gave me a huge amount of comfort knowing that Tommy and his team would do their best to ensure the install was as deigned and directed by Luxe and that any issues are addressed.After ServiceLike with any project of the size clearly we had some teething issues which were all resolved in a timely and professional manner. It gives me comfort that should anything occur with the products in the future I can reach out to Luxe for support.Like I said to both Louis and Jade in my email to them...“Keep up the fantastic work you guys do with the flair and passion you have for a great customer experience from start to finish. Over the course of the house build I have been amazed at the varying standards that businesses hold themselves to and it really comes down to working with people who are proud of the work they do and the service they offer with a focus on a excellent output”.I would highly recommend Luxe and wish the team there all the best!

Louis at Luxe planned & designed our kitchen which we installed ourselves. Everything went as it should and the units were delivered on time. The quality & finish of the cabinets & worktops are very good yet the pricing was similar to that we had obtained from some "budget brands". I have no hesitation in recommending Luxe.

Luxe Kitchens was highly recommended by a Pal to me. They are 70 miles away from my home. I have Hacker Kitchens dealer within 300 metres from my office from whom I received a quote a, but I decided to take the 70 miles ride to meet Louis to see whether it will be well worth the drive. There was a considerable amount of savings that I got from Louis. Also he did spend a lot of time with me and my wife during our visit, was very patient and extremely helpful. I found him highly professional.I found him knowledgeable and due to his knowledge he gave very good recommendations. His recommendations were extremely useful and also reliable as we were fairly new to kitchen buying. I did visit other German kitchens, UK High street kitchens stores. But no one took as much interest and time that Louis gave us. His Kitchen prices were very competitive and also appliances were very reasonable. Luxe kitchen not only fulfilled our requirements, but honestly exceeded our expectations.I would give them 5 Star.

Delighted with our Luxe Kitchen! Louis, Stephen and Jade are all very helpful. The quality of the kitchen and worktops are superb and our builder found the kitchen very easy to fit. Communication in the lead up to kitchen being delivered was very good and easy to work with. Comprehensive quotations and excellent design images. I’d highly recommend and have already done so. We had a couple of slight issues with a couple of incorrect doors and missing parts with the boiling water tap but everything got resolved pretty quickly and I’m very happy with my new kitchen!
